In addition to leading the Worship Team week-to-week, Mack led in the analysis of the sound system and a plan to address some of the deficiencies. He also gave guidance to the projects of carpeting the Worship Center (a gift from NCMC) and the building of a new Tech Booth (built by Scott Powell). Additionally, he maintained everything from cables and musical instruments to lighting and assistance with WHC’s Arabic congregation.

The Elders lead WHC in saying, “Thank you, Mack, for a job well done!”

He and Selby, his wife, will be a great blessing to what the Lord is doing and we welcome them with joy and open arms!

CLASS 101 is our basic introduction to our church family and is designed to clearly explain who and what our church is. The CLASS is broken into four sessions covering: Our Salvation, Our Statements, Our Strategy and Our Structure. At the end of the CLASS there is an opportunity for you to decide whether to complete the process by filling in your information on the Membership Covenant or to wait and decide at another time. The church is instructed to go to all ethnic groups (ta ethne in Matthew 28:19) and instruct people in how to live the life that God designed them for – the better life! And, then, the very first instruction is to baptizo them. This is Christ’s commissioning of His followers. So, every believer is called upon to take this step that publicly demonstrates their personal commitment. In the words of one little boy, ‘I want to get advertised for Jesus!”

You see, God spoke nearly everything into existence until it came to us. Then, for the first time in all of His creative artistry He reached into the soil He had made and formed with it, man. And, then, He breathed the breath of life into that man. In fact, God says that in creating us He used His artistic nature and made us – man and woman – in His image.
